Terms of Sale (CGV)

1. Offer

RunwayFrame sells exclusive, ready-made website packages for model agencies. Every template in our collection is unique and sold only once worldwide — once sold, that design is permanently removed from sale.

The price has two parts. A one-time setup fee, from €390 to €450 depending on the chosen template, covers the exclusive design and setup within 48 business hours. A hosting & care plan, at €39 per month or €390 per year, covers hosting, SSL, the simplified CMS for roster and content management, additional languages at no extra cost, updates, small edits and basic SEO.

2. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. No account is required. The email provided at checkout is used for order follow-up. The first invoice includes the setup fee and the first month or year of the plan; the plan then renews automatically each month or year until cancelled.

3. Delivery

The client may contact us by email at any time, including before purchase. After payment, content (logo, texts, model photos) may be sent as a zip by email or uploaded through the CMS. Files may be unsorted — we classify them with AI. The site is published within 48 business hours after receiving usable content, unless otherwise agreed. Access to the simplified CMS is provided for ongoing roster and content updates. Updates are covered by the hosting & care plan.

4. Domain name

The site is published on the client's domain name. The client may use an existing domain or purchase one with our assistance; we handle DNS configuration. Domain registrar fees, if any, are billed separately unless stated otherwise.

5. Hosting & care plan

The site is hosted on our infrastructure for as long as the plan is active, subject to fair use. We may migrate servers with reasonable notice. The plan can be cancelled at any time; it then ends at the close of the period already paid, and the site is taken offline. On request, we send the client their content (texts, model profiles and photos). An exclusive design is never resold, even after cancellation.

Clients who purchased before the hosting & care plan was introduced keep the lifetime hosting included in their original order.

6. Languages and updates

Additional site languages are available at no extra cost. Product and content updates, and small edits, are included while the plan is active, subject to fair use.

7. Refunds

If work has not yet started, a refund may be issued on request. Once customization has begun, refunds are at our discretion. Contact support for any billing issue.
