1. Acceptance
By accessing the RunwayFrame website or its client portal, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. Purchases are additionally governed by our Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
RunwayFrame sells exclusive websites for model agencies and provides a client portal where buyers submit agency information, documents, domain preferences and model profiles used to build and maintain their site.
3. Accounts and sign-in
You may access the portal through the secure link sent after purchase, or by signing in with an account, including Google sign-in. When you use Google, we only receive your name, email address and profile picture. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and access links confidential and for all activity under your account. An order can only be linked to an account that uses the order's email address.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the texts, logos, photos and documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, resize and display them solely to build, host and maintain your website. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights and consents, including the consent of every model whose images or data you submit, and that the content is lawful.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content or malware, not to attempt to access other clients' projects, and not to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend access in case of breach.
6. Intellectual property
Template designs, code and the RunwayFrame brand remain our property, except for the usage rights granted with a completed purchase as described in the Terms of Sale. Template previews are for demonstration only.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest revision and continued use means acceptance. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time via the support page.
