Terms of Sale

1. Offer

RunwayFrame sells exclusive, ready-made website packages for model agencies. Each template in our collection is licensed to a single buyer worldwide — once sold, that design is permanently removed from sale.

Prices range from €390 to €450 depending on the chosen template. Every package includes exclusive template setup, a simplified CMS for roster and content management, basic SEO, SSL, and lifetime hosting on our infrastructure.

2. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. No account is required. The email provided at checkout is used for order follow-up.

3. Delivery

After payment, the client sends content (logo, texts, model photos) by email. The site is published within 48 business hours after receiving usable content, unless otherwise agreed. Access to the simplified CMS is provided for ongoing roster and content updates.

4. Domain name

Domain registration is not included unless stated otherwise. The client may use an existing domain or purchase one separately; we assist with DNS configuration.

5. Hosting

"Lifetime hosting" means hosting for the life of the RunwayFrame service on our current infrastructure, subject to fair use. We may migrate servers with reasonable notice.

6. Refunds

If work has not yet started, a refund may be issued on request. Once customization has begun, refunds are at our discretion. Contact support for any billing issue.
